| 摘 要： | 目的评估即刻种植义齿的临床技术特点及近期临床效果。方法22例患者共34个牙位在拔牙的同时植入种植体并同时植骨。平均6个月后行Ⅱ期手术，暴露种植体，修复牙冠。结果除1颗种植体在愈合期内脱落外，其余未见异常，3年累计成功率92．43％。结论即刻种植义齿方法可行，3年成功率与传统种植方法相同，具有避免骨吸收，手术创伤小，种植体位置与轴向好，修复美学效果好等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical result of implant.Methods 22 cases underwent immediate surgery for 34 implants simultaneously when the teeth were extracted.34 implants were plaved with bone grafts or bonesubstitutes.The second stage operation were performed in the sixth month and ceramic crown were fixed in the severth-eighth month postperatively.Results One implant was lost and bone resorption of alveodar crest was observed in 4 implants.Mean resorption was 2mm.Conclusion The result of immediate implant is predictable and this method can avoid the alvedar bone resorption after teech extraction. |
