角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉疗效分析

目的探讨角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法将66例复发性翼状胬肉患者随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术,对照组行翼状胬肉切除联合游离结膜移植术,分析两种手术方法手术后的复发率。结果观察组与对照组6个月随访复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,2年随访复发率2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,前者复发率低于后者。结论胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉是目前比较有效及满意的方法,它弥补了单纯结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉创面修复较慢的缺点,降低了手术的复发率。

Analysis on limbal cell transplantation in the treatment of recurrent pterygium

Objective It aims toanalyze the corneal limber stemcell transplantation in the treatment ofrecurrent pterygium.Methods 66 patients with recurrent pterygium were randomly divided into two groups：observer group of pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation and control group for pterygium excision combined with free conjunctival grafting.Results After the analysis of two kinds of surgical recurrence rate after surgery.It finds that the control group,6-month follow-up recurrence rate was not statistically significant when compared（Pgt;0.05） and 2-year follow-up recurrence rate was statistically significant compared with the two groups.（plt;0.05）The former recurrence rate is less than the latter.Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of recurrent pterygium is more effective and satisfactory way.It made up the slower wound healing defects,reducing the recurrence rate of surgery.
