| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胰岛素样生长因子- 1(IGF- 1)与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)在冠心病发病机制中可能作用。方法 :测定了 16例正常人外周静脉血清IGF- 1和胰岛素 (IS)水平与 16例冠心病患者外周静脉血清IGF- 1和IS水平。结果 :冠心病患者外周静脉血清IGF- 1水平显著低于正常人 ,IS水平显著高于正常人 ,胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)显著低于正常人。结论 :IGF -1和IR可能参与冠心病的病理生理过程。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the possible mechanism of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin resistance(IR) in coronary heart disease(CAD). Methods:The peripheral vein serum levels of IGF-1 and IS in patients with CAD and control group confirmed by selective coronary angiography were measured. Results:The peripheral vein serum levels of IGF-1 in patients were lower than that in control group. The peripheral vein serum levels of IS in patients were higher than that in control group. The ISI of patients were lower than that of control group. Conclusion:IGF-1 and IR may take part in the pathophysiological process of coronary heart disease. |
