| 摘 要： | 将３２例伴有中医肾虚证表现的青少年牙周炎患者随机分为两组。一组六在常规牙周治疗的同时,加服中药六味地黄丸;另一组只给予常规治疗,作为对照。结果表明,服六味地黄丸后,患者的肾虚症状和牙周自觉症状明显减轻或消失;牙周袋明显变浅（Ｐ＜０．００１）牙龈指数和菌斑指数的下降虽多于对照组,但差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示六味地黄丸具有调节牙槽骨的代谢、促进牙周组织重建的作用

| Abstract: | Thirty two patients with juvenile periodontitis accompanied by deficiency of kindney according to theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. were divided into two groups randomly. One group of patients only received ordinary periodontal treatment.The other group took Liu Wei Di Huang Wan in addition.The results showed that the signs of "kidney deficiency" and periodontal symptoms diminished or disappeared in the latter group, with periodontal pocket become shallow evidently( P <0.001). decrease of gingival index and dental plague index is more than that of the control group Although the difference is not significant ( P >0.05). It is suggested that Liu Wei Di Huang Wan could hasten the recovery of periodontal tissue by regulating the metabolism of alveoalr bone and promoting the reeonstrucfion of periodontal fissue. |
