| Abstract: | In this paper, the decoction of Yiguan Jian are reported to have significant anti-fatigued, resistance against hypoxia, antiinflammatory, sedative, analgesic, and strengthens phagocytosis of the phagocytes. Besides above, the drug has relaxes acetylchliue-induced spasm of isolated intestinal muscles of rabbits.The drug being administered by op was safe.This study provides some experimental basis for using nourishing Yin, invigorating Liver and treating many diseases on clinics. |
