| 摘 要： | AIDS的发病学目前仍在探索中，研究表明AIDS的发展取决于病毒和宿主的相互作用．AIDS的进程．也就是免疫缺陷的进程，将决定于CD4^ T细胞的绝对数目减少的速率．而后者取决于病毒存在的数量和持续时间、CD4^ T细胞的死亡易感性以及CD4^ T细胞的补充速率等因素．AIDS的发展过程实质上是HIV对宿主免疫系统的不断破坏和宿主的免疫应答失去清除感染的HIV的动力学过程。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of AIDS is being exploited. The studies show that the progression of AIDS is dependent on the interaction of HIV and host immune system. The progression of AIDS,that is the progression of immune deficiency, is greatly dependent on losing rate of CD_4 T cells, which is dependent on several factors such as viral load and persistent duration, susceptibility of CD_4 T cell death and recruit of CD_4 T cells. The progression of AIDS is virtually a dynamic process of the host immune system destruction by HIV and HIV clearance by host immune response. |
