早产相关因素87例分析

目的 探讨早产病因及早产儿的结局,为开展相应的干预研究提供依据.方法 回顾我院2006年1～2月间分娩病例,对照分析足月产和早产孕妇的年龄、围产因素的差异,比较两组新生儿的出生情况及结局.结果 胎膜早破、妊娠期高血压疾病、多胎妊娠、产前出血占早产原因的前四位,孕产妇的一般情况如年龄、是否经产妇等与足月产相比,差异无显著性(P＞0.05).早产儿体质量、窒息率及7 d内病死率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 积极预防影响胎膜早破的不利因素是预防早产的重要措施.加强产前保健,提高对孕产妇状况的综合判断,减少早产的发生,以提高新生儿的存活率及生存质量.

Study on related factors for premature delivery in 87 cases

Objective To study the etiological factors for premature delivery and the outcome of premature infants as the basis for carrying out corresponding intervention measures.Methods The medical records of normal deliveries in this hospital during January to December,2006 were reviewed in order to analyze the difference between full-term and premature delivery cases in terms of maternal age and perinatal factors.The status of birth and outcome of premature delivery were also reviewed.Results The first four causes for premature delivery were premature rupture of membranes,multiple pregnancies,pregnancy-induced hypertension and placenta praevia or abruptio placentae.The maternal age and history of previous birth did not vary significantly between the full-term and the premature groups.There was significant difference(P<0.01) between these two groups about premature infant birth weight,asphyxia rate and case fatality rate in seven days.Conclusion Rigorous measures for preventing premature rupture of membranes are crucial to prevent premature delivery.Good perinatal care and exact evaluation of the status of parturients may also be helpful for reducing the incidence of premature delivery,raise the survival rate and improve the quality of life of neonates.
