表阿霉素为主联合方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的　观察表阿霉素为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效以及毒副反应。方法　应用含表阿霉素的EEP和CEP方案分别治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌。结果　 31例治疗的总有效率 41 9% ,不良反应主要为消化道和血液毒性 ,以及轻度的心脏毒性 ,老年病人及心电图轻度异常者仅 9 7%出现新的心电图异常改变。结论　含表阿霉素的联合化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效较好 ,且较为安全 ,适合于老年患者及心电图轻度异常者。

Clinical Observation of Epirubicin-contained Chemotherapeutic Regimens in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To assess the antitumor efficacy to the epirubicin contained chemotherapeutic regimens.Methods 31 cases of advanced noncell lung cancer were treated with combination chemotherapy of EEP and CEP,respectively.Results Thirty one patients were evaluable for efficacy and toxicity.The overall response rate was 46.9%,and the complete response rate was 0%.The major toxic effects were gastrointestinal tract reaction and myelosuppession and mild cardiotoxicity.Conclusion This study shows that epirubicin contained chemotherapeutic regimens are active and tolerable for senile patients and patients of mild abnormality in ECG.
