浙江省大学生性健康教育需求定性研究

目的研究大学生获得性知识的途径、性态度、性行为以及对当前性教育的观点、意见等,从而掌握大学生对性健康教育的需求.方法采用定性研究方法,面对面个人访谈11人,专题小组访谈4组21人.结果学校和家庭提供的性教育非常有限,学生一般自己寻求和获取性知识,黄色信息泛滥并为大学生所接触,多数接受婚前性行为,发生性行为的学生客观存在并不在少数,目前提供的性教育主要侧重性生理,而不提供性安全教育和服务.结论目前的性教育已经远远不能适应实际情况和满足学生的需求,必需尽快提供全面、科学、系统的性教育和性安全教育,保护学生的身心健康.

A Qualitative Study on Needs of Sex Health Education among University Students in Zhejiang Province

Objective To study the routes of acquiring sex knowledge, sex attitudes, sex behavior and opinions toward present sex education in university students, so as to know their needs for sex education. Methods Qualitative study was used to conduct this study. 11 students were interviewed face to face, and 4 groups, totally 21 students, were interviewed with focus group interview. Results Sex education offered by schools and families was quite limited, usually students acquired it on their own way, but pornographic information was easy to be accessed by students. Many students accepted the opinion of sex behavior before marriage, and a few students had sexual behavior while they studied in university. The present sex education focused on the sex physiology, but not providing safe sex education and services. Conclusions The current sex education isn't suitable for the reality and the students' needs. It is necessary to provide students with comprehensive, scientific, systematic and safe sex education to protect their physical and mental health.
