| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨家属干预对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响.方法:选择住院的92例老年糖尿病患者随机分为观察组46例和对照组46例,两组患者均给予常规治疗和健康教育,观察组在此基础上接受由家属参与的多阶段健康教育方案,患者出院半年后对其糖尿病相关知识及遵医行为进行调查比较,同时抽血化验糖化血红蛋白.结果:观察组患者遵医行为明显优于对照组,糖化血红蛋白控制效果好于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义.结论:家属参与的多阶段健康教育可以提高糖尿病患者的遵医行为.
