脑心通联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

目的分析脑心通胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)的疗效。方法将入选的76例血管性痴呆患者分为联合用药组40例,尼莫地平组36例。尼莫地平组在常规治疗的同时给予尼莫地平片30 mg口服,每日3次;联合用药组在此基础上加用步长脑心通4粒/次口服,每日3次,疗程均为3个月。结果两组治疗后临床症状明显缓解且联合用药组优于尼莫地平组(总有效率95%vs 65%,P<0.01);精神量表评定,联合用药组患者接受治疗后,简易精神智能状态评估量表(MMSE)评分明显高于同组治疗前及尼莫地平组治疗后(均P<0.01),日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分,联合用药组与尼莫地平组治疗后均低于治疗前(均P<0.01),且联合用药组治疗后ADL评分较尼莫地平组下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论脑心通胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗VD疗效优于单用尼莫地平。

Combined Treatment of Naoxintong with Nimodipine for Vascular Dementia
