| 摘 要： | 目的:观察10 kg以下婴幼儿先心病手术前后呼吸功能及护理干预效果。方法:将60例10 kg以下先心病矫治手术的患儿随机分为实验组与对照组,观察术前1 d和术后24 h血气分析、CPB前、中、后气道峰压(Ppeak)、气道平台压(Pplateau)及顺应性变化。结果:实验组在术前1 d和术后24 h的pH值、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)改变差异无显著性;对照组氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)下降更明显;CPB前、中、后对照组气道压力高于实验组,顺应性低于实验组。结论:改良式护理干预能明显改善10 Kg以下先心病患儿术后呼吸功能和肺通气。
