| 摘 要： | "目的:调查并分析实习护生沟通能力培养现状,为进一步做好相关培养提供依据.方法:通过访谈制定"实习护生沟通能力培训现状调查表"为调查工具,以带教老师与实习护生为调查对象收集资料.结果:(1)护患沟通能力的重要性得到普遍认可.(2)传统临床带教方式不能满足实习护生沟通能力培养的需要.(3)实习期间专门的沟通讲座或培训开展较少、形式单一、效果不佳.结论:(1)针对传统临床带教方式的不足,应加强带教老师相关培训,改进临床带教模式.(2)针对专门沟通培训的不足,设置实习护生沟通能力培训课程,实施集中统一培训.
