中心静脉置管术后两种敷料应用效果比较

目的:比较两种敷料在锁骨下静脉和颈内静脉中心置管术后使用效果。方法:将133例锁骨下静脉和颈内静脉中心置管术后病人分为A、B组,A组使用3 M普通透明敷料(6 cm×7 cm),B组采用高通透导管固定敷料IV3000(6 cm×7 cm)。观察两组病人固定处皮肤情况、敷料使用后效果、导管固定情况、更换敷料间隔时间。结果:B组敷料固定处皮肤红肿等异常情况、导管脱位发生率低于A组,敷料使用后效果优于A组。结论:使用高通透导管固定敷料IV3000皮肤红肿少,固定性好,敷料使用后效果好。

Comparison the effect of two kinds of dressings after vein catheterization.

Objective：Comparison on the effect of two kinds of dressings after the jugular and subclavicular vein catheterization.Methods：133 cases of the jugular and subclavicular vein catheterization were divided into A and B groups,The patients in A group used of 3 M transparent dressing（6 cm×7 cm）,high-permeability conduit fixed dressing IV3000（6 cm×7 cm） were used in B group,observe fixed skin,the effects of the use of dressings between the two groups,the catheter fixed situation,the time of replace dressings.Results：In B group the incidence of abnormal phenomena such as red,swollen skins and catheter dislocations were less than A group,and the effective use of dressing was better than A group.Conclusion：The use of high-permeability conduit fixed dressing IV3000 is less skin irritation,better fixed and effectively used.
