| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护士执行力缺乏原因,提升护士执行力,提高护理工作质量。方法:通过分析护士执行力缺乏的原因,提出对策,用科学的方法提升护士执行力。结果:实施提升护士执行力措施后,护理质量得到明显提高,各项工作指标达标率上升。结论:借鉴企业先进管理模式,提升了护士执行力,实现护理质量持续改进。
