关节腔内透明质酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎

目的:探讨骨关节炎关节清理术后透明质酸的疗效。方法:本组26例骨关节炎患者32膝关节,男17例,女9例,平均年龄62岁,左侧18例,右侧14例,治疗前经临床表现、X线和MRI诊断明确,给予行膝关节清理术,术后置管冲洗7~10 d,拔管后给予关节腔注射透明质酸钠,每周一次,共3~5次。结果:随访3~10个月,26例患者32膝关节肿胀消失,疼痛明显减轻,活动度显著改善。结论:关节清理术后持续灌洗加透明质酸钠关节腔内注射能有效治疗骨关节炎。

Treatment of knee osteoarthritis by injection of sodium hyaluronate into joint cavity after joint debridement and duration irrigation

Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of treatment of knee osteoarthritis(OA) by injection of sodium hyaluronate into joint cavity after joint debridement and duration irrigation.Methods:There were 32 knees in 26 cases of OA including 17 males and 9 females,the oldest patients was 89 years and the youngest 53 years;18 left and 14 right ill knees including 6 bilateral ones.After 10 days of joint debridement and duration irrigation,sodium hyaluronate was injected into knee joint cavity a time each week for 3 to 5 weeks.These patients were followed up for 3 to 10 months after the injection of sodium hyaluronate,Results:It was found that the swelling disappeared,pain relieved and range of motion improved obviously in all of the knees with OA after treatment by sodium hyaluronate.Conclusion: Injection of sodium hyaluronate after joint debridement and duration irrigation is effective in treatment of knee OA.
