惠州市惠阳区某蓄电池厂铅污染状况调查

摘    要:目的了解惠州市惠阳区某蓄电池厂工作场所中铅污染状况。方法 2009年5月—2010年5月对该厂铅作业场所进行职业卫生监测和工人职业健康检查,共采集60个铅烟(铅尘)空气样品;91份铅作业工人血样、非铅作业工人60份血样作为对照,检测血中铅的含量。结果作业环境空气中铅浓度超标率达80%(48/60),工人血铅超标率达49.5%。结论该厂铅作业危害较为严重,提醒工厂车间应尽快改善生产环境,并加强对工人的职业病危害安全教育,政府部门应加强卫生监督监测,努力保障工人的身体健康。

Abstract:[Objective] To understand the status of lead pollution of a storage battery factory in Huiyang District of Huizhou City.[Methods]Occupational health surveillance and occupational health examination were performed on workplace of the factory during May 2009-May 2010. Totally 60 lead fume (lead dust) air samples were collected, as well as 91 blood samples of lead exposed workers and 60 blood samples of non-lead exposed workers as controls. The blood lead levels were detected.[Results] Air lead concentration in operating environment was in excess of 80%(48/60) blood lead exceeding rate of workers was 49.5%.[Conclusion]The Hazard of lead exposure is serious in this factory that the factory should improve the production environment as soon as possible, and strengthen the safety education of occupational hazards among workers. Government departments should strengthen health surveillance and monitoring, and try to protect the health of workers.
