自制三角形枕在预防神经内科患者压疮中的应用

目的:观察自制三角形枕在神经内科患者预防压疮翻身中的应用效果。方法:选择186例意识不清或瘫痪不能自行变换体位、Braden评分在13～18分的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组93例,实验组应用自制三角形枕作为翻身枕,对照组使用传统方枕。观察并比较两组患者翻身垫枕后侧卧位体位稳定性和压疮发生情况。结果:实验组未发生压疮,对照组发生压疮5例,实验组与对照组压疮发生率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者侧卧位体位稳定性也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科患者中应用自制三角形枕可有效预防压疮的发生。

Application of self-made triangle pillow to prevent patients from pressure sore in department of neurology

Objective: To observe the application effect of self-made triangle pillow in preventing patients in neurological department from pressure sore.Methods: 186 cases of unconsciousness or paralyzed unable to change position with Braden score in 13 to 18 of patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,93 cases in each group.The experimental group used self-made triangle pillow as turn-over pillow,the control group using conventional sleeper.Observation and comparison of turn bolster side decubitus posture stability and pressure ulcer incidence in two groups was performal.Results: No patient developed pressure sore in experimental group,but 5 patients in control group.And there was significant difference in pressure sore rate and position stability between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using self-made triangle pillow can effectively prevent patients from developing pressure sore in internal medicine-neurology.
