| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腰椎骨折类型、不同术式对椎弓根螺钉断裂的影响。方法:分析椎弓根螺钉内固定时发生断裂的临床资料。结果:256例患者胸腰椎骨折内固定术后断钉12例,断钉率为4.69%。骨折类型、植骨的方法和横杆使用与断钉有关。结论:骨折类型、手术方式以及横连杆使用影响椎弓根螺钉断裂概率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore effects of fracture types of thoracolumbar fractures and operation types on pedicle screw fracture.Methods: Analyzing clinical data of pedicle screw internal fixation fracture.Results: Screw breakage occurred in 12 of 256 cases(4.69%) after internal fixation.The screw breakage rate was associated with fracture type,method of bone graft and the application of cross bar.Conclusion: The type of fracture,operation mode and the transverse connecting rod used influence the probability of pedicle screw fracture. |
