| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨紫杉醇联合奈达铂加后程3维适形放疗同步治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效。方法:32例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者,应用后程3维适形放疗加紫杉醇联合奈达铂同步化疗,观察分析治疗效果。结果:32例患者治疗后,完全缓解(CR)14例,部分缓解(PR)18例,有效率100%;放化疗后全部患者病情有不同程度缓解。结论:紫杉醇联合奈达铂加后程三维适形放疗同步治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin on late-course 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in treatment of local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods: 32 NPC patients without distant metastasis were treated with paclitaxel plus nedaplatin,and added with late course 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy.Results: Of 32 cases,14 cases achieved complete remission(CR),18 cases achieved partial remission(PR),and the total effective rate(CR+PR) was 100%.After radiotherapy and chemotherapy,all patients got partially alleviated.Conclusion: The combination of paclitaxel,nedaplatin and late-course 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy has definite therapeutic effect in treating advanced NPC. |
