精氨酸强化全肠外营养的免疫恢复作用研究

44例胃肠癌患者，根治术后随机分为三组。其中对照组14例，常规肠外营养（PN）组15例，精氨酸强化PN（Arg-PN）组15例。实验前后检测了血清胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）浓度以及多项免疫指标。结果表明：Arg-TPN可明显提高血清IGF-1浓度；Arg-PN对术后免疫抑制有明显的恢复作用，其免疫效应可能与其促进IGF-1的产生有关。

Immunorestorative effects of arginine-enriched total parenteral nutrition in postoperative patients

44 gastrointestinal cancer patients undergoing radical surgery were studied. The patients were randomly allocated into 3 groups. 14 patients in control group, 15 in TPN group, and 15 in Arginine-enriched TPN (Arg-TPN) group. Serum Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) concentration and immunological parameters were monitored in the study. The results suggested that (1) Arg-TPN might increase serum IGF-1 concentration. (2)Arg-TPN might improve immune function in postoperative cancer patients. The immunorestorative effects of Arg-TPN may be associated with its increasing the concentration of serum IGF-1.
