气阴两虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血的中药干预

目的 探讨中药对气阴两虚型青春期功能性子宫出血(功血)的作用.方法 将中医辨证为气阴两虚型的青春期功血患儿按2∶1的比例随机分为治疗组(予中药汤剂按出血期/调经期治疗)和对照组(予戊酸雌二醇联合安宫黄体酮治疗),共治疗3个月,比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应等.结果 本研究纳入60例患儿,治疗组40例,对照组20例.治疗组止血有效率82.5％,对照组85.0％,差异无统计学意义(P=0.278).治疗组证候疗效有效率90.0％,对照组75.0％,差异无统计学意义(P=0.224).治疗组疾病疗效有效率85.0％,对照组90.0％,差异无统计学意义(P=0.843).治疗组贫血患儿治疗后平均Hb为(116.7± 12.6)g/L,对照组平均(108.6±16.3)g/L,治疗组对贫血的纠正效果优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组均无严重不良反应.结论 中药分期治疗青春期功血患儿效果好,患儿接受度高,应该加以推广应用.

The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on dysfunctional uterine bleeding of qi and yin deficiency type

Objective To investigate the value of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of qi and yin deficiency type.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups in the ratio of 2∶1.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine which were separated into 2 major sections:the acute treatment and maintenance treatment.The control group was treated with estrogen-progestin (estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone acetate) treatment.The total clinical efficiency and adverse reactions were compared after three months of therapy.Results This study included 60 patients.Forty cases were in the treatment group and 20 cases were in the control group.The effective rate of hemostasis in the treatment group was 82.5％ and 85.0％ in the control group,there was no significant difference (P =0.278).The effective rate of syndromes was 90.0％ in the treatment group and 75.0％ in the control group,there was no significant difference (P =0.224).The effective rate of disease in the treatment group was 85.0％,and that in the control group was 90.0％,there was no significant difference (P =0.843).After treatment,the average Hb of the treatment group was (116.7± 12.6) g/L,and (108.6± 16.3) g/L in the control group,and the effect of anemia correction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect for estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding is effective.It can improve the treatment efficiency,and effectively control bleeding and complete hemostasis,and with less adverse reactions.
