综合康复护理模式在颈性眩晕患者中的应用研究

目的 探讨综合康复护理模式在颈性眩晕患者中的应用及效果.方法 北京康复医院骨科收治的71例颈性眩晕患者被随机分为对照组35例和试验组36例,对照组采用常规治疗与护理,试验组在常规治疗与护理基础上实施综合康复护理,比较两组患者的治疗与护理效果,总结其护理经验.结果 试验组的总有效率、患者满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05),而试验组的眩晕复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合康复护理模式可以有效提高颈性眩晕患者的治疗效果,减少其复发,并可提高患者的满意度.

Application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care in patients with cervical vertigo

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care for patients with cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 71 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into the control group (n=35)and the experimental group (n=36).Patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment and nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were given the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the efficacies of interventions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the patients' satisfaction in the experimental group were higher and better than those in the control group (both P ＜ 0.05),the recurrence rate of vertigo in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care can effectively improve the efficacy of treatments in patients with cervical vertigo,with the improvement of patients' satisfaction,and reduction of the recurrence of vertigo.
