还《内经》三焦地位——兼评后世三焦学说

通过分析《内经》关于三焦的论述,并结合后世的不同学说,从"《内经》三焦有名有实"、"为《难经》三焦有名而无形正名"、"后世三焦有名无实"等方面,对三焦学说的演变及某些争议进行了讨论。《内经》的三焦有名有形,其学说清楚明白,后世之所以出现诸多争议,一个重要原因是没有弄清三焦与肠胃在结构上基本上是重叠的。后世关于三焦的论述,较《内经》而言,结构及功能范围变得越来越大,但实际意义却越来越小,致使三焦几乎成了五脏六腑的代名词。所以,在论述三焦时,除了谈论后世三焦学说外,至少应该回归到《内经》原本的三焦理论中去,从而给人一个完整的、清楚明白的三焦学说。

According to the analysis of the discussion on triple energizer in Huang Di's Canon of Medicine and combining with different theories in later ages,the evaluations of triple energizer theory and some controversies were discussed from the following aspects: "triple energizer existing in name and reality in Huang Di's Canon of Medicine","triple energizer owning name but without form and right name in Classic on Medical Problems","triple energizer existing only in name in later ages" and so on.Theory of triple energizer in Huang Di's Canon of Medicine was clear and triple energizer existed both in name and form.One of the most important reasons why many controversies appeared in later ages was that triple energizer was basically overlapped the stomach and intestines in structure,which was not made clear.Comparing with Huang Di's Canon of Medicine,the range of structure and function in the discussion about triple energizer in later ages became larger,while the practical sense was smaller,which caused that triple energizer was nearly a synonym of five Zang organs and six Fu organs.Therefore,the discussion on theory of triple energizer,including the theory of triple energizer in later ages,should be returned at least to the primary theory of triple energizer in Huang Di's Canon of Medicine,and then theory of triple energizer could be complete and clear.
