应届高中生与大学生新招飞行学员医学选拔指标对比分析

目的 综合评价应届高中生与在校大学生两类生源新招收飞行学员医学选拔指标现况,为科学评价两类生源飞行学员培养成飞质量和修订相关招收飞行学员医学选拔指标提供参考依据.方法 采取横断面调查方法,根据招收飞行学员体检号,随机抽取终检合格的某年度空军招收飞行学员共计131名,其中大学生53名,高中生78名.收集招飞体检数据,进行飞行学员人口学基本特征问卷调查,增加心肺功能等特殊检查,建立数据库进行统计分析.结果 高中生与大学生飞行学员心理选拔成绩呈偏态分布,两组之间心理选拔总评分、心功能等无统计学差异;大学生肺活量（5.07±0.47）L,显著高于高中生（4.74±0.53）L;两组在肺通气能力方面无显著差异,均符合医学参考值范围.结论 大学生生源与应届高中生生源的飞行学员在入校时的医学选拔、心理选拔等方面的综合评价无显著差异,但两类生源的飞行学员进入航校时的年龄相差2岁左右,需要继续观察两类生源在飞行培养中的表现差异,并结合差异性修订和完善飞行学员医学选拔标准.

Comparative analysis between medical indexes in the selection of student pilots from senior high school and college students

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the medical indexes in the selection of student pilots from senior high school and college students, and to provide reference for the scientific evaluation of the quality of the student pilots from the two enrolling ways and the revising of medical standard for the recruitment of the student pilots. Methods A cross-section survey was conducted to randomly select 131 student pilots from the students who met the standards for the final examination of the Air Force in one year,in which there were 53 ones of college students and 78 ones of high school students. The indexes of the physical examination were collected, and questionnaire for basic demographic characteristics was carried out among the student pilots. The examinations such as the cardiorespiratory function examination were strengthened in order to establish the data base and carry out the statistic analysis. Results There was skewed distribution in the psychological selection results among the candidates. And there was no significant difference in the general scores of psychological selection and heart function between the two groups of students. The vital capacity of student pilots selected from senior high school（4.74 ± 0.53 ）L was significantly lower than that of ones selected from universities （5.07±0. 47 ）L. There was no significant difference in the lung ventilation capability between the two groups, which was within the limit of medical reference value. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the comprehensive evaluation of medical and psychological selections between the candidates from high school and university. But the difference in their age is about 2 years. Continuous observation should be carried out in the difference in their aviation training. The selection standard should be revised and improved according to the differences.
