| Abstract: | Clinical data collection is one of the key topics in the field of regional medical information sharing. In this paper, various collection schemes developed in different periods with their implementation points of clinical data of clinical information sharing project for municipal hospitals in Shanghai are summarized and analyzed. Based on the analysis of these schemes, the evolution of collection and integration schemes of clinical data for regional medical information sharing is revealed, which can provide relevant information for the construction of modern hospitals. |
