大肠癌组织中bcl-2和bax基因蛋白表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨bcl- 2和bax蛋白在大肠癌表达及其与肿瘤发生、浸润及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化催化信号放大系统(CSA)检测 90例大肠癌bcl- 2和bax蛋白的表达状况。结果 大肠癌组织bcl- 2阳性率显著高于正常大肠粘膜组织 (67.8%比36 .7% ,P <0 .0 5) ;bax蛋白表达阳性率显著低于正常大肠粘膜组织 (43 .3 %比 66 .7% ,P <0 .0 5)。结论 大肠癌组织中有不同水平的bcl- 2蛋白高表达和bax蛋白的低表达 ,两者通过参与调节细胞凋亡而与大肠癌的发生及化疗效果有关 ,但与大肠癌病理类型、浸润程度、临床分期及患者生存状态无关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of bcl-2 and bax protein expression in colorectal carcinoma and their relationship with carcinogenesis, infiltration and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods Bcl-2 and bax expressions were detected by catalyzed signal amplification (CSA) immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of bcl-2 protein in cancerous tissue was 67.8%, significantly higher than that in normal tissue(P<0.05). The positive rate of bcl-2 protein in normal tissue was 36.7%. The positive rate of bax protein in cancerous tissue was 43.3%, significantly lower than that in normal tissue(P<0.05). The positive rate of bax protein in normal tissue was 66.7%. Conclusion There is over expression of bcl-2 protein and low expression of bax protein in colorectal cancer. bcl-2 and bax protein can affect the generation of colorectal cancer and chemotherapeutic effect by participating in the regulation of apoptosis. But it is irrelative to pathological gradation, infiltration, clinical stage and prognosis.
