| 摘 要： | 目的 验证曲唑酮对苯二氮类药物戒断症状的疗效及安全性。方法 对 30例患者分别以曲唑酮与安慰剂配合递减法进行治疗 ,共治疗 4周。采用戒断症状记分 (2 2项 )及汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)评定疗效。结果 曲唑酮组与安慰剂组治疗后戒断症状记分及HAMA减分比较差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,曲唑酮的主要副反应为口干、困倦。结论 曲唑酮治疗苯二氮类药物戒断症状疗效较好 ,具有较好的应用前景

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of trazodone in the treatment of benzodiazepine withdrawal symptoms.Methods 30 patients who met the CCMD 3 criteria of dependence syndrome due to use of anxiolytics were involved in the study.Patients were randomly assigned to trazodone group and placebo group for 4 weeks.The efficacy were assessed by Withdrawal Symptoms Checklist and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA).Results Both groups showed significant improvement in scores on the Withdrawal Symptoms Checklist and HAMA.How ever,the trazodone group showed significantly greater improvement in the scores.The main side effects of trazodone were dry mouth,drowsiness.Conclusion Trazodone is effective in the treatment of benzodiazepine withdrawal symptoms and has a good prospect. |
