| 摘 要： | 对老年疾病病机和治疗原则进行探讨，认为老年人生理机能衰退，代谢产物蓄积化生痰浊、痰瘀等内生实邪，实邪又导致疾病发生。治疗应补泻兼施，以扶正为主，祛邪为辅。
