| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革,给基层医院带来了机遇和挑战,怎样在日趋竞争激烈的医疗市场中谋生存、求发展,立于不败之地。我院通过临床教学工作促进了医院的建设,提高了医院管理水平,提高了医务人员内涵素质,借助与高等医学院校合作办学的契机,促进了医院医疗服务质量和教学质量的迅速提高,促进了医院可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Along with economy system reform, the basic level hospital had been given opportunity and challenge. How beg existence and beg development in gradually violent competition of the medical treatment market, sign at the invincible position？ Our hospital, throughelinieal teaching work, intended to promote hospital construction, elevate hospital management level, improve medical personnel intra diathesis, so that in virtue of cooperation with high grade medical college to implement teaching program, promote the quality of hospital＇ s medical treatment and teaching quality quickly, which help the hospital to keep on development. |
