| 摘 要： | 报道视网膜母细胞瘤（Ｒｂ）伴有颅内肿瘤５例。其中眼内肿瘤沿视神经向鞍上区侵犯３例；血行性转移侵犯中颅窝１例；颅内异位肿瘤即三位性Ｒｂｌ例，双眼Ｒｂ眼内期，鞍上区有孤立肿块。讨论了Ｒｂ并发颅内病灶的解剖学或种系发生学的因素。提出：（ｌ）Ｒｂ患者的ＣＴ扫描不应只限于眼眶，应常规扫描至松果体区，（２）小儿中线区肿瘤（松果体区和鞍上区）患者应特别注意观察眼球。

| Abstract: | This paper reported 5 cases of Retinoblastoma(Rb)accompanied by intracraniaI tu-mor.3 cases were intraocular tumors invading the suprasellar region along optic nerve; One cases in-volved the middle fossa through hematogenous metastasis. The remaining one was an intracranial ectopic tumor(trilateral Rb).The anatomic and phylogenic basis was discussed.The authors proposed:(1) In patients with Rb,CT scanning should not be limited to the orbit,but should include the region of the pineal body.(2)In children with mid-line tumors (the pineal and supersellar regions) attention should be paid to the eves as well. |
