小青龙汤抗实验性咳痰作用有效部位筛选

目的:小青龙汤水煎液经大孔树脂用不同浓度乙醇洗脱,对所得的3个部位进行止咳化痰作用研究,进行有效部位的筛选。方法:小青龙汤经水煎煮后,上AB8型大孔树脂,用不同浓度乙醇洗脱,分离得到3个部位,以空白组和小青龙汤原煎液组为对照,筛选该复方的有效部位及观察该有效部位的止咳化痰作用。结果:50%乙醇洗脱部分高剂量有良好的止咳作用,可以明显减少氨水所致咳嗽模型小鼠的咳嗽次数;同时具有良好的祛痰作用,能显著促进酚红的排出;水部分高剂量组也可明显延长氨水所致咳嗽模型小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期。结论:50%乙醇洗脱部分高剂量其止咳化痰药效与原煎液相似,可以将该部分进行进一步开发利用。

Isolation of the Effective Fractions of XLAO QING LONG TANG to Relieve Cough and Reduce Sputum:Pharmacological Experiment

Objective： To extract and isolate the effective fractions of XIAO QING LONG TANG decoction by macroreticular resin with different concentration of ethanol,and do relieve cough and reduce sputum pharmacological experiments with the three fractions we got.Methods： Extract XIAO QING LONG TANG by macroreticular resin with different concentrations of ethanol.We get three fractions.Select active fraction and observe its effect on cough and sputa by contrasting with sham group and XIAO QING LONG TANG decoction group.Results： The fraction that eluted by 50% ethanol expresses significantly effects on not only relieving cough and reducing sputum but also reducing mice cough frequency at high doses.The extract eluted by water can obviously extend cough incubation period at high doses.Conclusion： The extract eluted by 50% ethanol at high doses expresses similar pharmacological effects with decoction.We can make better use of the fraction and exploit it.
