胃大部分切除后并大出血再手术治疗

目的 :探讨胃大部分切除后大出血的治疗方法。方法 :1995年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 4月间我院收治胃大部分切除术后并大出血 16例 ,男 11例 ,女 5例 ,年龄 2 9～ 81岁。全部病例均已行胃大部分切除术 ,原吻合切除再吻合 9例 ,原吻合口切除、残胃切除、食道空肠吻合 2例 ,十二指肠溃疡血管缝扎 3例 ,溃疡腔外置 2例 ,后 5者均行十二指肠残端造瘘手术。结果 :16例患者术后均停止出血 ,痊愈出院。无术后近期并发症。随访 6月至 5年 ,1例 6个月后死于心肌梗塞 ,2例 12个月后死于癌症广泛转移 ,其它 13例无再出血现象。结论 :再手术为抢救胃大部分切除术后并大出血的有效方法

The treatment of hemorrhage after partial gastrectomy

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to explore the treatment method on post partial gastrectomy and hemorrhage.Methods:From Jan 1995 to April.2001,we have treated 16 cases of partial gastrectomy and hemorrhage after operation.After some conservastive treatment,they all turned to operative treatment.Among them,9 cases of original anastomosis were removed and anastomose again.There were 2 cases of original anastomosis removed,damaged stmach removal and esphagoieiunosymy.There were 3 cases of duodenal ulcer vessel suture and 2 cases of external placement of duodenal ulcer.Result: 16 patients stoped bleeding after operation.No complication followed afterwards.With close observation from 6 months later,two patients died of cancer mestastasis development.Conclusion:It is an efficient way to operate immediately again after partial gastrectomy and following hemorrhage to save the life of patient.
