骨桥蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 检测膀胱移行癌(TCCB)中骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达,探索其与膀胱癌的病理分级和临床分期及临床预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组化方法检测45例膀胱移行细胞癌和12 例正常膀胱壁标本中的OPN 表达,并分析OPN表达与肿瘤分期、分级、复发、转移及患者5年生存率之间的关系.结果 12例正常膀胱组织中,11例(96.7%)为阴性,1例(3.3%)为弱阳性;45例膀胱移行细胞癌中21例(46.7%)为强阳性,14例(31.1%)为中等阳性,7例(15.5%)为弱阳性,3例(6.7%)为阴性.OPN 强染色预示患者较高的复发率和较短的生存时间.结论 OPN表达强度同肿瘤分级、分期、复发、转移、5 年生存率有密切关系,可作为临床评估TCCB进展及检测肿瘤预后的指标.

Expression and clinical significance of OPN in bladder transitional cell carcinoma

Objective To analyze the expression of OPN in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB),and to assess its prognostic significance.Methods The expression of OPN protein was immunohistochemically analyzed in 45 TCCBs and 12 normal bladder tissues and compared to usual clinicopathological parameters such as pathological grade,clinical stage,and cancer-specific survival.Results Cytoplasmic OPN negative staining was observed in 96.7% of normal bladder tissues and 6.7% of TCCBs;cytoplasmic OPN inferior positive staining was observed in 3.3% of normal bladder tissues and 15.5% of TCCBs;cytoplasmic OPN moderate positive staining was observed in 31.1% of TCCBs;cytoplasmic OPN strong positive staining was observed in 46.7% of TCCBs.High OPN expression portent showed a high risk of recurrence and short survival time of patients.Conclusion The strong correlation between pathological grade,clinical stage,recurrence,metastatic,survival rate and OPN epression suggests that OPN can be as a mark for assessing the TCCB progression and prognostic.
