医用碳纤维在神经外科的临床应用

自1986年12月至1989年5月,应用碳纤维人工硬脑膜和短碳纤维增强聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯颅骨板材,对8例硬脑膜修补、10例颅骨缺损修补,共18例的随访观察,效果满意,长期植入体内无不良反应,术后头颅CT、超声波、摄片检查均不受影响,且使用方便,提供了比较理想的新型的修补材料。

THE USE OF MEDICINE CARBON FIBER IN NEUROSURGICAL CLINIC

From December 1986 to May 1989, carbon fiber a man-made dura mater and short carbon fiber reinforced polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) skull plate used as a new kind of repairing material of neurosurgical had been performed in 18 cases. It included 8 cases dura mater defect, 10 cases of skull defect. The results of the clinical application showed that the new repairing material is not only no side-effect to brain and the body by long transplanted, but using easy. There isnt any influence to postoperative by head CT, ultrasonics, X-ray film examined. It supplied a new, batter repiring material for the neurosurgery.
