摘    要:目的:在组织培养条件下人工构筑神经组织的组织化构型,以对其生长形态及临床价值进行研究。方法:以甲壳素膜为支持物,做原代大鼠鼠胚脊髓神经组织的体外培养,标本置扫描电子显微镜下观察。结果:甲壳素膜和培养细胞之间有较强的相容性,能使神经元和胶质细胞比较充分地展示出多种组织化结构的形态特点。结论:甲壳素膜的组织相容性和可塑形性将使其在修复神经损伤和神经移植中获得广泛的应用。

Abstract:Objective:Some nervous histo-configurations were reconstructed artificially by means of thetissue culture, so as to facilitate the investigation of their growing pattern and practicability. Methods:Chitin-membrane was used as culture-carrier for the histo-culture of neuron and neuroglia cells of thespinal cord of the rat's embryo; and the specimens were observed with SEM. Results: As a naturalcomponent of cell-membrane, the chitin-membrane showed a wider histocompatibility with the culturedgrowing embryonic neuron and neuroglia cells, and facilitated their showing fully a variety of configurations of histo-differentiation. Conclusion: The histocompatibility and plasiticity of chitin-membranemakes itself a practicable material in the trauma-repairement and transplantation of nervous tissues.
