TACE联合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗原发性肝癌的疗效观察及探讨

目的:观察及探讨TACE联合腹腔热灌注化疗对原发性肝癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法:随机将60例原发性肝癌(HCC)患者分为对照组和试验组,分别进行TACE和TACE联合腹腔热灌注化疗,应用酶联免疫法检测治疗过程中患者血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)含量的变化,观察并评估患者治疗过程中的临床疗效及毒副反应。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的血清AFP都有明显降低,实验组较对照组降低更明显,有统计学意义。实验组较对照组复发率明显降低,两种治疗方法的毒副反应无明显差异。结论:TACE联合腹腔热灌注化疗在治疗原发性肝癌较单纯介入治疗能明显控制病情进展,防止局部复发和远处转移,并且毒副反应可以耐受,这一方法值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical Observation on TACE Combined with Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Chemoperfusion for Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective:To observate on the curative effect and toxic and side effect of TACE combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion in treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods:60 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC)were divided into control group and experiment group.Control group and experiment group received TACE and TACE combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion respectively.The level of serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) was detected by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay,and clinical curative effect and toxic and side effect were evaluated during therapy.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum AFP were obviously decreased in both groups,specially in experiment group,the difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate in experiment group was lower than that in control group.There was no markely difference in occurrence of toxic and side effect between two groups.Conclusion: TACE combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion is effective in inhibiting the development of PHC and preventing the local recurrence and distant matastasis,with tolerant toxic and side effect.The methods should be recommended and widely applied.
