血脂相关指标与动脉粥样硬化发展阶段的相关性研究

摘    要:目的通过检测动脉粥样硬化(As)不同发展阶段的各种血脂相关指标,来探讨各种检测值与As各个发展阶段的相关性。方法随机选择健康体检者60例(As(-)组)、脑As无并发症患者24例(As(+)组)、As性脑栓塞患者67例(As(++)组),酶化学法测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),直接法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC),免疫透射比浊法测定载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)、脂蛋白(a)(LP(a)),并对3组的检测值进行统计分析。结果As(+)组与As(-)组比较,TG、TC、LDLC、ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI增高(P<0.05),HDLC、ApoAI降低(P<0.05)。As(++)组与As(+)组比较,ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI增高(P<0.05)。As(++)组与As(-)组比较,ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI显著增高(P<0.01)。结论TG、TC、LDLC、HDLC、ApoAI、ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI水平与As的早期发展阶段相关,而且ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI水平与As的晚期发展阶段相关。

Abstract:Objective The correlations between the blood lipids and the stages of atherosclerosis (As) were studied via epidemiological investigations. Methods 60 healthy adults (Group As(-)), 24 atherosclerotic patients with no complication (Group As(+)), 67 atherosclerotic patients with cerebral infarction (Group As(++)) were selected randomly, and some of their serum data were measured including triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC), apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI), apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100), lipoprotein (a) (LP(a)) and ApoB100/ApoAI ratio. Results As Group As(+) compared with Group As(-), TG, TC, LDLC, ApoB100, LP(a), ApoB100/ApoAI increased (P<0.05), and HDLC, ApoAI decreased (P<0.05). As Group As(++) compared with Group As(+), ApoB100, LP(a) and ApoB100/ApoAI increased (P<0.05). As Group As(++) compared with Group As(-), ApoB100, LP(a) and ApoB100/ApoAI increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion TG, TC, LDLC, HDLC, ApoAI, ApoB100, LP(a) and ApoB100/ApoAI correlated with the early stage of As, what was more, ApoB100, LP(a) and ApoB100/ApoAI correlated with the late stage of As.
