| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性呼吸道感染患儿肝功能异常的临床特点。方法收集356例急性呼吸道感染患儿的肝功能指标，对肝功能异常相关因素进行比较分析。结果约10．6％的急性呼吸道感染住院患儿存在轻重不等的肝功能异常，婴幼儿以及夏秋季节更易出现，而上、下呼吸道感染差别不明显。结论急性呼吸道感染易并发其他系统或脏器的损伤，临床应重视急性呼吸道感染出现的肝脏损害。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To study the clinical characteristics of liver function injury in children with acute respiratory infection. [Methods] The laboratory data of 356 children suffered from acute respiratory infection were collected and analyzed, the liver function of them were measured. [Results] 10.6% of the children complicated with liver function injury, especially in infancy or in summer and autumn season, the difference between upper and lower respiratory tract infection was not significant. [Conclusions] More attention should be paid on the liver function injury when child suffered from acute respiratory infection. |
