手法配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症61例

腰椎间盘突出症是引起腰腿痛的常见原因之一。笔者近几年来采用手法整脊复位配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症６１例，取得较好疗效，现总结如下。１　临床资料１－１　一般资料　６１例中男３４例，女２７例；年龄２４～６２岁；病程最短１周，最长６年。均有不同程度腰部受伤史。椎间盘左突２９例，右突２３例。中央型９例；Ｌ４～５间３８例，Ｌ５～Ｓ１间１５例，两间盘同时突出者８例。６１例均行腰部ＣＴ检查证实为腰椎间盘突出症。１－２　症状和体征　腰部疼痛，沿坐骨神经分布区放射，伴有麻木感，咳嗽、打喷嚏、用力大小便或受寒、…

Treating 61 Cases ofLumbar Inter-vertebral Disc Protrusionwith Manipulations and Sacral Canal Injection

cases of lumbar inter vertebral disc protrusion were treated with manipulations and sacral canal injection. The shortest course of disease was one week and the longest 6 years. The adhesion separation, the manipulation for restoring and treating injured soft tissues and sedating manipulation were applied for the soft tissue in the lumbar and buttock area. If the patient was accompanied with piriformis injury, the same manipulations were used on the piriformis. Then the traction was given for the hamstring muscles until they were completely relaxed. The chiropractic manipulation of rotational reduction on the lumbar vertebra was also applied with 10 times in one course. Besides, prednisolone acetate (3ml), 0.5% procaine(6ml), dexamethasone(5 gm), and Vit.B12(0.5mg) , all mixed with water for injection were used for sacral canal injection. The treatment was given once every 5 to 7 days with 3 times in one course. After the treatment, 33 cases were cured, 21 markedly improved, 5 improved and 2 showed no curative effect with the total effective rate being 96.7%. The shortest time for treatment was only one course and the longest one 5 courses.
