肺心病患者血浆血钠素和醛固酮测定

本文对照组25例,肺心病心功能代偿组40例,心功能失代偿组25例,分别用放免法测定了血浆心钠素(ANF)和醛固酮(Ald),结果表明:①肺心病患者血浆ANF含量明显高于正常人,且随病情严重程度的发展ANF含量逐渐增高;②肺心病代偿组和失偿组血浆Ald含量明显低于正常人,且随病情严重程度的发展逐渐降低;③肺心病代偿组血浆ANF和Ald含量呈负相关,而失代偿组血浆ANF和Ald含量相关系数无明显性差异。并对ANF和Ald变化的机制进行了讨论。

Determination of cardionatrin and aldosterone in the serum of the patients with pulmonary-heart disease

Cardionatrin and aldosterone in the serum of the patients with plulmonaryheart disease were determined.The control group consisted of 25patients,the second group co- nsisted.of40 cases of pulmonary-heart disease at the wmpenscotion stage and the th- ird group 25cases of pulmonary-heart disease at the stage of heart failure.The resu- lts show that the ANF contents in the serum of the patients with pulmonary-heart disease are signifioantly higher than those in the normal group,and the ANF con- tents in the serum increase with the development of the disease: and that the Ald contents in the serum of the patients with pulmonary-heart disease at the stage of compensation and heart failure are lower than those in the normal group,and t- he Ald contents in the serum decrease with the development of the disenes.The results also soow that the ANF and Ald contents in the serum of the patients wi- th pulmonary-heart disease at the stage of heart failure showl negative relation, whareas in the heart failure group,there is no significant difference in the relati- voty constant ANF and Ald contents of serum. The mechnism of the change of ANF and Ald contents was disoussed.
