| Abstract: | In order to understand the role of Zinic, Copper, Chromium, Manganese and Selemium in the serums and the tumourous tissues of oral maxillofacial tumouts, the authors determined contents of the trace elements in serum and tumourous tissue. The trace elements of 91 samples from serums and 50 from tumourous tissues were quantitatively studied by nonflame atomic absorption method and immunofluorescence. The results showed that trace elements in serum may be used as a diagnostic test in patients with oral maxillofacial tumours. |
