白介素8在慢支炎和哮喘及肺癌中的临床意义

目的探讨在慢性支气管炎(慢支炎)急性期、慢支炎临床控制(临床控制)、肺癌、支气管哮喘(哮喘)缓解期及对照组的白细胞介素8(IL-8)的血清、痰、诱导痰的变化意义.方法对48例慢支炎急性期,30例临床控制,5例哮喘缓解期、11例肺癌患者及29例健康者为对照组进行血清、痰、诱导痰的IL-8浓度作定量测定.结果慢支炎急性期分别与临床控制组、对照组的的IL-8的血清、痰、诱导痰比较有差异(P＜0.05).临床控制组与哮喘缓解期及肺癌的IL-8的血清、哮喘缓解期与对照组、肺癌与对照组的IL-8的血清及痰比较有差异(P＜0.05).余各组之间比较无差异(P＞0.05).结论慢支炎急性期患者的IL-8的血清、痰、诱导痰浓度较高.IL-8有多重调节作用,IL-8在慢支炎不同阶段浓度不同.肺癌也具有一定水平的IL-8浓度.

The study of interleukin-8 in patients with chronic bronchitis asthma and lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the meaning of different level of Interleukin 8(IL 8) in sputum nduced sputum and serum in patients in with chronic bronchitis in acute phase,clinical controlling phase,lung cancer and asthma in relieving phase Methods The lever of IL 8 in serum, sputum and induced sputum 48 patients in acute phase and 30 patients in clinical controlling phase of chronic bronchitis,5 patients of asthma in relieving phase,11 patients of lung cancer and 29 placebo patients were tested Results The levels of IL 8 in serum?sputum and induced sputum of patients in acute phase was different compared with that of patients in clinical controlling phase of chronic bronchitis and placebo group( P <0 05) Level of serum IL 8 in clinical controlling phase of chronic bronchitis and placebo group( P <0 05) Level of serum IL 8 in clinical controlling phase of chronic bronchitis VS asthma in relieving phase and lung cancer?asthma in relieving phase vs placebo group lung cancer VS placebo group were difference( P <0 05) There was no different among other groups( P >0 05) Conclusion There was a high level of IL 8 in serum?sputum and induced sputum in patients with chronic bronchitis in acute phase IL 8 prosses multiple function
