| 摘 要： | 目的比较长春瑞滨(NVB)加顺铂(DDP)与环磷酰胺(CTX)加阿霉素(ADM)加顺铂(DDP)两方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法随机将62例患者分为 NP 组(32例)和 CAP 组(30例),均化疗2疗程,疗效评价按 WHO疗效标准,总有效率以 CR PR 计算。结果总有效率 NP 组46.8%,GAP 组20.0%,χ~2=4.99,P<0.05,两者有显著差异。结论 NP 方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,高于 CAP 方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the Curative effect of NP regimen(NVB DDP)with that of CAP regimen(CTX ADM DDP)for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLE).Methods 62 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into NP group(32 cases)and CAP group(30 cases).Both were treated with chemotherapy for two courses of treatment.According to WHO's standed,the Curative were evaluat- ed.Overall response rates were caculated with CR PR.Results The Overall response rates of NP group and CAP group were 46.8% and 20.0%,respectively(x~2=4.99,P<0.05).Conclution The curative effect of the regiment of NVB DDP for combined chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer is better than that of the CAP regimen.It's an effective regimen for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. |
