| 摘 要： | 目的]分析不同饮食结构的2型糖尿病患者血脂差异状况,探讨饮食结构在糖尿病患者血脂变化中的作用。方法]选取宁夏吴忠市日常饮食以牛羊肉为主的2型糖尿病患者(A组)和宁波市北仑区饮食结构以海产品为主的2型糖尿病患者(B组)共208例,用酶法检测两组患者的血脂水平并进行比较。结果]A组患者血液中三酰甘油(TG)水平显著高于B组患者(P<0.01),但同时高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平又明显低于B组(P<0.01)。两组患者血液中总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平差异无统计学意义。结论]以海产品为主的食物结构较以牛羊肉为主的食物结构对糖尿病患者血脂调节有益。
