| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜治疗急性胆囊炎的可行性和手术技巧。方法回顾分析采用腹腔镜技术治疗急性胆囊炎38例的临床资料。结果 38例均在腹腔镜下完成手术,治疗有效率100%。结论随着腹腔镜技术的日趋成熟,合理地选择手术时机,腹腔镜可以作为治疗急性胆囊炎的首选方法,适用于基层医院推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the feasibility of laparoscopic treatment of acute cholecystitis and surgical techniques. Methods Retrospective analysis of laparoscopic treatment of acute cholecystitis with 38 cases of clinical data. Results 38 cases were completed in laparoscopic surgery,the treatment rate was 100% . Conclusion As laparoscopic technology has matured,rational selection of timing of surgery,laparoscopic treatment of acute cholecystitis as the preferred method for primary hospital expand the applications |
