一次热水淋浴对健康青年男性血管硬度的短时影响

目的：观察一次热水淋浴对健康青年男性血管硬度的短时影响。方法：健康在校男生8名进行持续20min、水温约为42～44℃的热水淋浴。用动脉硬度检测仪（VS-1000）对其进行心-踝血管指数（cardio—ankle vascular index，CAVI）的重复测定，测定的3个时间点分别设置于淋浴前、淋浴结束即刻和淋浴结束后休息30min。结果：热水淋浴明显降低受试者的CAVI值（P〈0．01），CAVI值从淋浴之前的（6．3±0．7）降低至淋浴结束即刻的（5．3±1.0）（P〈0．01），降低15％，休息30min后CAVI值略微回升为（5．4±1.1），但仍然明显低于淋浴前（P〈0．05）．仍降低14％。结论：一次热水淋浴可明显降低健康男生血管硬度、增强血管弹性。而且其效果至少维持到淋浴结束后30min。

Transient effect of acute warm shower on arterial stiffness in healthy young men

Objective： To observe the transient effects of acute warm shower on arterial stiffness in healthy young men. Methods： Eight healthy young male students took acute warm shower lasting 20 min, with water temperature between 42 and 44℃. Cardio-ankle Vascular Index （CAVI）, which reflects arterial stiffness, was measured repeatedly. The time point of measurement was set at before, immediately after and 30 min after shower. Results： Acute warm shower influenced CAVI significantly （P〈0. 01）, with the value decreasing from （6.3±0. 7） before shower to （5.3±1.0） immediately after （P〈0.01）. After 30 min of recovery, CAVI returned slightly to （5.4± 1.1）, but still significantly lower than that of before shower （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acute warm shower decreased arterial stiffness in healthy young man students, and the effect persisted at least for 30 min after cessation of shower.
