| 摘 要： | 目的为了解聚六亚甲基双胍与醋酸氯己定的协同作用。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验对聚六亚甲基双胍、醋酸氯己定及聚六亚甲基双胍复方消毒剂的杀灭微生物效果进行了测试。结果对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用3min的T/E值分别为13.64、9.53、2.66、123.36。结论聚六亚甲基双胍的杀菌效果明显好于醋酸氯己定,聚六亚甲基双胍与醋酸氯己定有协同杀菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to know wether polyhexamthylene guanidine hydrochloride and chlorhexidine acetate has synergic action.Methods Suspention quantitative germicidal test was carried out.Results The result showed that the T/E value of 3 min for Staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa,Esherichia coli and Candida albicans was 13.64、9.53、2.66、123.36.Conclusions Polyhexamthylene guanidine hydrochloride and chlorhexidine acetate has synergic action on germicidal efficacy. |
