| 摘 要： | 目的分析该县疟疾基本控制在1/万以后8年血检阳性的疟疾病人的来源、疟原虫种类和发病情况。方法对2000-2007年全县疟疾血检阳性病人资料进行收集统计比较分析。结果发现该县8年所检查出的疟疾病人中,本地感染病人仅占12.50%(11/88),无恶性疟病例;流动人口疟疾病人占87.50%(77/88),值得注意的是这些疟疾病人多数在海南省感染后带回本地,占流动人口疟疾病人比例的90.91%(70/77),并有恶性疟和混合感染的病人占9.09%(7/77)。结论该县当地居民疟疾病人的发病率从原来的1/万控制到现在的1/10万以下,但是目前该县疟区的性质发生了根本的改变,从90年代前以本地感染性疟疾病人为主到本世纪转变为以输入性疟疾病人为主。 |

| Abstract: | Objective After year 2000,the incidence of malaria was under 1/10 000.The aim of this study was to examine the epidemic situation of malaria in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County,especially on the disease incidence,types of pathogens and the source of infection after year 2000.Methods Patient records showing malaria infection confirmed by blood test were collected and analyzed.Results Between 2000 and 2007,12.50%(11/88) was the local cases and there was no case of Plasmodium falciparum infection.87.50%(77/88) ... |
