可吸收线张力带治疗髌骨骨折

目的探讨可吸收线张力带治疗髌骨骨折可行性及疗效。方法42例髌骨骨折患者随机分为可吸收线张力带组（A组）和钢丝张力带组（B组），每组各21例，随访时间12～24个月，平均16个月，根据术后X线片及关节功能恢复情况评定疗效。结果骨折平均愈合时间8周。可吸收线张力带组：优18例，良3例；钢丝张力带组：优17例，良4例，两种治疗方法无统计学差别（P〉0．05）。结论可吸收线张力带是治疗髌骨骨折有效方法，并具有力学结构合理，无需取出内固定钢丝的优点。

Study of Patella Fracture by Treatment with Assimilable Thread and Steel- wire Tension Band

Objective To explore the clinical feasibility and result with assimilable thread tension band in the treatment of patella fractures.Methods 42 patients(21 with group A of assimilable thread tension band and 21 in group B of steelwire tension band) were treated.The follow-up time was 16(12~24)months.The results were evaluated by radiography and recovery of joint function.Results The fracture healed in all patients after a mean time of 8 weeks.In A group,the clinical outcome was good in 18 patients,fair in 3.In B group,the coprresponding were 17 and 4.There was no clinical differences between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Patella fracture can be treated successfully by using the assimilable thread tension band with rational biomechanics and no need of removing the steel-wire.
